Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date: You are eligible for a refund of your rental payment.
• Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event date: No refund will be provided, as the dress has been reserved specifically for your booking and may no longer be available to rent to someone else.
• Once your rental has been received: We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you change your mind, no longer require the dress, or decide not to wear it.
• Try-ons do not guarantee a refund or cancellation after the rental has been dispatched. Please ensure you are happy with your chosen dress before your rental is sent.

By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these refund and cancellation terms.
